How much does it cost to rent the room?
Room Rental - $125 plus $300 catering minimum Sunday-Thursday | $200 plus $500 catering minimum Friday or Saturday
Room Rental Only (No Catering) - $175 Sunday-Thursday | $250 Friday or Saturday
Rental includes 3 hours of time and a dedicated room attendant. Additional hours are available for $50 per hour.
What do I need to do to hold my date?
A $100 deposit is all that is required to hold your date. 50% of your balance is due at least 7 days before the event. The remainder of your balance is due the night of your event.

What are the hours that I can rent the room?
8:00am – 11:00pm Sunday to Thursday
8:00am – 12:00 midnight Friday to Saturday
Do I need to purchase food or catering to rent the room?
You do not have to have the event catered to use the space however no outside food (homemade or catering) other than desserts/cake is allowed. We have full catering packages available from LaRosa's, Skyline, and Graeter's. A la carte appetizers and/or pizzas from LaRosa's as well as treats from Graeter's are also available.
When is my catering order due?
We want to make sure your event is perfect, so we ask that your final catering/food order is placed at least 7 days before the day of your event.
Do you serve alcohol?
We have a gorgeous vintage bar, and would be happy to serve your guests beer, wine and liquor. We offer by the drink pricing as well as packages. You may not bring in your own alcohol.
Can I decorate the room?
Table centerpieces, or decor, tablecloths, hanging decorations on our wall of windows are all welcome. Decorations are the responsibility of the renter. No tape, staples, nails or tacks are allowed on any painted wall, bar or equipment. Generally, masking tape and scotch tape are acceptable to be used on the windows and chalkboard surface. An oversized chalkboard is available to be customized by the renter with chalk or washable chalk markers . Nothing shall be attached to light fixtures or ceiling. Confetti, loose glitter, rice, and birdseed are not allowed inside or outside of the facility. It is the renter's responsibility to remove decorations when their party is complete.
Is WiFi available?
We offer free WiFi throughout the event space.
Is there a fee to park?
We have a large, easily accessible parking lot, minutes from the Taylor Mill exit on I-275. There is no cost to park at the Trifecta Club. The Trifecta Club is handicap accessible. The room is on the 2nd floor of the Taylor Mill Trifecta Building and you can access the space by the stairs or elevator.
