COVID-19 Precaution Training

Please follow the instructions below and complete the following quiz.

ServeSafe has developed a free on demand training video to train operators and staff to reopen restaurants with new COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. 

 

This training video features:

  • Knowing the symptoms of COVID-19

  • Preventing the spread of COVID-19

  • Recognizing actions to reduce employee and guest risk

  • Keeping employees and guests safe

  • Guidelines for face coverings, hand washing, hand sanitizer use and food handling.

  • Guidelines for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting

  • Changes to maintain social distancing

To complete your COVID-19 Precaution Training please answer the following questions.

Our stores will be taking the following precautionary measures:

  • Sanitizer units to be made available to our guests and team members.  Sanitizer is never a replacement for proper  and frequent hand washing.

  • Masks are mandatory. Everyone needs to be in a mask. You will be provided with a cloth mask and paper masks are also available for your use.  You may also wear your own cloth mask as long as it is appropriate. 

  • Gloves need to be used, and will be provided.

  • Plexiglass has been placed in the drive thru and front counter for your safety and that of our guests.

  • Following social distancing guidelines.  Guests cannot add chairs to a table.  6 is the limit at a table.  Tables cannot be pulled together.

  • We will continue taking the temperatures of team members before they start their shift, and keeping a log.  

  • Appropriate signage following the guidelines of your state will be created and posted throughout the store (social distancing stickers, stickers that we will use to block off closed tables, etc.)
