Connor has worked for LaRosa’s for about a year and a half and is a great server/ host. We love Connor’s attitude and willingness to do anything and everything for the team to succeed.  If this kid didn’t do enough; he was in the Governor Scholars Program, Academic team, speech, debate, and he even is in the big brother program.  This guy is going places.

Abby, or Gail, has worked at Taylor Mill Larosa's for over a year and serves for us. She works hard and is very knowledgeable of the LaRosa’s game. Abby runs cross country and is so fast she makes fast people look not fast! She is also an even faster swimmer. We love Gail!

David has been cooking for our Taylor Mill LaRosa's for a little less than a year and does a great job! David is a baseball player at Simon Kenton and Loves modern rock. He is a man of few words, but those words are always hilarious!

John has worked for Taylor Mill LaRosa’s for 2 years in July. He is one of the funniest and greatest guys we have here. He is a great cook and always jams out to some good oldies. Fun fact about John, he loves his mama more than any guy I’ve ever met.

Jacob has worked for Taylor Mill LaRosa’s for almost 2 years and is one heck of a soccer player for Scott. He works his butt off when he is here and is always in a great, crazy, and fun attitude which makes every shift go smoothly. If you’re lucky you will hear one of his crazy noises he makes when he’s all jacked up on energy.

JP is the man in kitchen and has been for a little less than 2 years at our Taylor Mill LaRosa’s. He is one heck of a baseball player and is going to attend NKU in the fall.  He always has a smile on his face!

David is our ultimate all star here at Taylor Mill LaRosa’s. Hands down one of the best young men I have ever worked for. He comes in to help at a moment’s notice when we are busy and he is the guy you want on your team when you are busy. He always has the best attitude and just gets it.

If you look up enough, you might spot Lily, one of our amazing hosts! You might even hear one of her quirky quotes like, “we should be swimming in the ocean but instead it’s swimming in us today.” Despite this, she is super smart, a track superstar, and responsible for referring the other half of the dynamic duo, Peyton.

Peyton has worked at LaRosa’s for 6 months and she’s really awesome! What makes her even more awesome is the fact that she is a National Merit Scholar AND is going to graduate at the top of her senior class at Simon Kenton. Not to mention she is one half of the dynamic duo with Lily!

Lexi started as an original employee at Richmond Road LaRosa’s and helped open the store before transferring to help open the Southland store. In High School, she participated in ballroom dance and tennis. She was also the president of the FBLA her senior year. Lexi plans to go to the University of Kentucky and major in Business Administration.

Ashley began working at Southland LaRosa’s when it opened in December 2019. She is graduating from Lafayette High School where she participated in National Honors Society as well as the Student Council. In the Fall, Ashley will attend Bluegrass Community College to complete some of her general education before transferring to the University of Kentucky to pursue a major in Elementary Education.

Jorge began working at Southland LaRosa’s when it opened. He says that he has worked at many restaurants but that LaRosa’s has been the only one to treat him with care and make him feel like his managers are thinking of him. Jorge is graduating from Lafayette High School. Although he is disappointed that he cannot walk at graduation that was supposed to be in May, he is excited about his future studying Automotive Engineering at Bluegrass Community College.

Lucy began working at Southland upon it’s opening. A special trait of Lucy’s is that she is bilingual! She is graduating from Henry Clay High School. She plans to study Cosmetology in the future.

Michael has been working at Southland for four months. The things he loves about working there are the people and friendships he’s made as well as the flexibility of scheduling allowing him to work around school. Michael’s plans for the future include a career in the Manufacturing Industry.

Sky Abney has been with LaRosas since August 2018. She started as a Host and is now a Server. Everyone loves working with Sky because she is fun and she makes everyone laugh. She will be studying at  NKU to become an RN. She says LaRosas is like her second family.

Kara Herndon has been with Larosas since May 2018. She started as a Host and is now and Server and Server Trainer. She has participated  in many Clubs such as O-Club, HOSA, FCA and Interact. She will be attending Gateway to get her Bachelors and plans to get her Masters at NKU.We love working with Kara because she is very sweet and not afraid to learn new things even if it is outside of her comfort zone. She says that she loves the people and the atmosphere at LaRosas.

Hannah Byrne has been with LaRosas since August 2018. She started as Host and now a Server. We love having Hannah on our Team because she is a great teamplayer and goes out of her way to help everyone. She is a JROTC Executive Officer, participates in Raiders, a Senior Mentor and tutor,  MU Alpha Theta and National Honors Society. She plans on furthering her education in Criminal Justice at EKU Online including Police Studies, Fire Arsons and Explosions. Hannah says she loves working at LaRosas because no matter what is happening everyone stays positive and she couldn't ask for a better family of people that are always there for her.

McKenzie Clemons has been with LaRosas since July 2018. She started as a Host and is now a Server. McKenzie is a very detail oriented team member that always gives 100%.  Throughout High School she has been a part of Club Apex, GCHS Volleyball, Kentucky Vipers Volleyball, NHS, HOS, FCA, and Robotics. She is going to go to Christ College of Nursing to get her BSN. McKenzie says she likes the family atmosphere at LaRosas and how everyone is always willing to help one another. "You never feel that you are unwelcome to come to work."

Roy Goerler started with LaRosas May 2019. He is one of our top cooks in the kitchen. He always has a great attitude and a smile on his face. Roy always helps others around him have a great attitude as well.  He was a Football player for GCHS. He was also in Project 45 where he did  competitive Shake Spear inspired acting. Roy plans to go to College to learn a trade in the automotive field while still working at LaRosas. He said his favorite part about working at LaRosas is the people. Roy said that we are a big family at LaRosas and he likes the fact that he can come in everyday and be happy while doing his job.

Cheyenne Hammond has been a Host with LaRosas since October 2019. She is now training to be a Server. Cheyenne is an awesome Team Member because she alway cool and calm under pressure and she alway has a smile on her face. She is planning on going to NKU to be a Nicu Nurse. Cheyenne says that she loves working at LaRosas because we have a great  support system and she always feels welcome.

Jaylen Navas is a very determined young woman that can do anything she puts her mind to. She is amazing to work with and one of the hardest working students I've ever met. At Simon Kenton, Jaylen was a part of photography club and yearbook club. She plans to go to Northern Kentucky University to become a Mental Health Therapist.

Elijah Weaver is full of joy and laughter that it is contagious! He's always been a joy to work with and will go far with his positive attitude. At Simon Kenton, he played football and ran track. He plans to go to Northern Kentucky University to study Athletic training.

Jonas Everman is always fun to be around, and thinks he’s a great dancer. He's definitely the life of the party and has shown he can exceed in any position he's put in.

Sarah Bishop is going to do very big things in her future. She's a very determined and strong person with a beautifully sassy attitude. Sarah is graduating from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.

Tatum Ponzer is such a hardworking and genuinely nice young woman. She excels at anything she attempts and has been absolutely essential in running the store through our pandemic chaos with a smile on her face. In high school Tatum was apart of the soccer team. She will be attending Northern Kentucky University majoring in Business and Marketing.

Sophia Casson is such a sweet and hardworking person. She's one of those people you are always excited to see because you know her positive attitude is going to improve yours also. In high school Sophia was on the Cheerleading team and was a member of the National Honor Society. She plans to study Nursing at Northern Kentucky University and plans on cheerleading in college!

Nathan Schroeder is a very happy and friendly person. He's very creative and loves to get to know everyone he meets.  It is a pleasure having him on our Independence LaRosa's team.

He's our favorite local celebrity! He's taught so many of us what it truly means to be accepting and kind to everyone. He's going to medical school and no doubt will be saving lives one day. Dillon is graduating from Thomas Moore University where he was a part of the football team. He plans to attend Medical School at the University of Kentucky.

Lyndsey Cusick works so hard to be the best at every position she's put in and shares her skills to help others become better as well. She's a total team player and always lights up the room with her smile. At Simon Kenton she was apart of the cheerleading team. She plans to attend the University of Kentucky to earn a degree in nursing.

Jessica House graduated from Gateway with her Associates and is transferring to NKU. She's such an amazing soul and has a heart of gold. She works so hard to be a better person every day.

Brandy treats all of our employees with the utmost care and concern. She always has their back. She is one of the most knowledgeable managers on our team. Brandy has helped run our Independence LaRosa's location, while getting a is an AAS Business Administration degree and raising a family. Brandy, our team would not be complete without you!

Luke graduated with from UK with a BA in Biology and a minor in history.  He is taking the MCAT in July and plans to attend Medical School next year.  He is an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha and their philanthropies at UK.  We are so happy to have him on our Richmond Road LaRosa’s team!

Nick is an environmental science/sustainability major planning on becoming a sustainability specialist or perusing an environmental law degree after graduation. He has been involved in the outdoors club, habitat for humanity, as well as a variety of intramural sports.  It’s a pleasure having him on our Richmond Road LaRosa’s team.

Stephanie is graduating from EKU, and has accepted a position with New York Life as a life insurance agent! She is excited for a new challenge and to continue learning. While studying at Eastern Kentucky University she was a student senator for the student government association on campus as well as Vice President of the Maroon Society for Human Resource Management.  Steph completed an internship in our head office and we could not have opened our Richmond Road LaRosa's location without her leadership and positivity.

Alexis Little is an amazing volleyball player! She is graduating with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and a minor in psychology.  She will be continuing her education and getting her masters in Business Administration.  She is an incredible part of our Richmond Road LaRosa's team!

Taylor was president of the student dietetics association at EKU this year. She played some intramural volleyball. After graduation she accepted the dietetic internship at the VA medical center in Memphis TN. We are so proud of being a part of Taylor's journey to success!
